Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Utuflow platform and services. By creating an account or using Utuflow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Utuflow provides a cloud-based HR management platform including payroll processing, payslip generation, attendance tracking, leave management, and contract management ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Process data you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
• Transmit harmful or malicious code

4. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments after reasonable notice.

5. Data & Privacy

By using Utuflow, you appoint us as a data processor for employee data. Our processing activities are governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utuflow's total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
