As part of providing our HR services, Utuflow processes employee data on behalf of our customers (the "data controller"). This may include names, employment details, salary information, bank account numbers for payroll, attendance records, and contract documents.

Usage data

We collect usage information such as feature usage, session duration, and browser type to improve our product and troubleshoot issues.

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
