Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days, you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. If you don't, your account is paused — your data is never deleted.
Is my payroll data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.
Do you support multi-currency payroll?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans support payroll in 30+ currencies with live exchange rates.
How does the per-employee pricing work?
Plans are priced by employee count tier, not per individual employee. Adding one employee won't change your bill unless you cross into the next tier.
