Leave management now supports custom leave types beyond the standard annual/sick/maternity categories. HR admins can define unlimited leave types with their own accrual rules, carryover limits, and approval chains.
Contract expiry reminders can now be configured per contract type. Set different warning windows for probation, fixed-term, and consultant contracts. Reminders are sent to both HR and the employee's direct manager.
